“The Diver – Restaurant Experience” was a social experiment about strangers who get confronted with an unusual dinner experience. Staging a fancy pop-up restaurant in several vacancies as for example in an old Soviet broadcasting centre in Berlin was and still is a very hip thing to do… but we intended to interfere in our culinary play. When our guests got their bills, there were finally challenged with our true ambitions. Our unconventional vegetarian 4 course menu was made out of waste food.
We offer the exclusive access to a normally secretive world of an extraordinary pop-up restaurant. Our restaurants take place in vacant, unusual spaces whereby we can create a stimulative ambience. Our variable chefs are always looking forward to surprise with an unconventional vegetarian 4 course menu selection. We only cook with local food & acquire our products from farmers in our region because we are strongly concerned about environmental and sustainability issues. The Diver – Restaurant Experience is an open platform to discuss about reversing forgotten resources in new contexts.
