Final stages of the East Centric Arhitext Awards 2019 competition
The project contest entitled East Centric Arhitext Awards (ECAA) is a unique opportunity to bring together the best projects in the field of architecture and urban planning completed in the region of Central and Eastern
The nominees for the 6 sections of the East Centric Arhitext Awards contest are preparing for the last stages of the competition. They will soon be arriving in Bucharest to present their projects in front of the jury presided by architect Marc Jay. The jury for each section will then decide the winners. The presentations and final deliberations will take place during the second week of the Triennale, according to the following timeline:
Thursday, 17 October, starting at 10:00: Installation Projects & Residential Buildings sections
Friday, 18 October, starting at 10:00: Public Buildings & Regeneration sections
Saturday, 19 October, starting at 10:00: Interior Design section
Sunday, 20 October, starting at 10:00: Exterior Design section
The award gala will take place Sunday, 20 October, 16:00, at the palace of Mogoșoaia

The project contest entitled East Centric Arhitext Awards (ECAA) is a unique opportunity to bring together the best projects in the field of architecture and urban planning completed in the region of Central and Eastern Europe in the last three years. The ECAA 2019 contest relies on the previous experience gained by the Arhitext editorial team in organizing the two previous editions of the Bucharest Triennale (2013, 2016) and 13 editions of the Arhitext Design Awards.
