Around an Inner Courtyard

Stimulated by the theme of the Triennale, I propose a derive around an apparently banal space, an existing and non-existing space of the everyday, yet a space with a potential of becoming significant. It will be a sort of personal professional psycho-geography, which stops in the courtyard of the Romanian National History Museum, among the proposals resulted after the competition for restructuring the museum. My derive is outside the competition, but in close link to it, seeking the story that the projects tell around this inner courtyard, their story for the heritage building, for the “New MNIR” and for the city.

Step 3 Come 15 minutes before the conference. Present the confirmation email and your ID. For discounted ticket purchase, please make sure you also present your student card or pension document.
