Kitchen 21
The # Küche 21 – 1:1 project created a new impulse on the market of a remote subcenter of Vienna, mixing different target groups and activating public space with the production of an architectural intervention: A kitchen that works as a public platform on the market, allowing for cooking events with food directly from the market, spontaneous gatherings and various low-threshold events for the local community organized by students and locals. At the moment it is still in use as described, but due to its temporary nature the permit is valid for two more weeks. Currently I am organizing an after-use in the outdoor spaces of a refugee camp in Vienna.
